Here is the step-by-step process that we follow to set up your REAL ESTATE WEBSITE.

WE WILL REQUEST CONTENT IN 24-48 HOURS
You will receive an email from us within 24-48 hours (business days). The email will have an MSWord document with screenshots also the link to a form to populate the content. If you don’t receive the document, make sure to check the junk folder. The document will contain all the details on how to provide content.

YOU WILL PROVIDE CONTENT
You will provide all the content including visuals and passwords to your hosting and other accounts that you want to integrate with your theme. If you haven’t purchased hosting, we recommend BlueHost (if you are budget conscious) or WPEngine (if you want the best performance).

WE SET UP YOUR THEME
We will set up your theme in 6-7 business days. Your website will look exactly like the demo theme that you ordered. We will remove any section of the demo theme that you don’t want free of cost. For advanced customization, you will be charged $12/hour.

WE TRANFER WEBSITE TO YOU
Once the website has been built to your satisfaction, we will transfer the website files to your hosting account. You will now have full control over the website. In our pricing model, you don’t pay any recurring fee. If you want us to host, maintain, backup, and update the website, the monthly fee is just $30.
